This location is owned by professional Props & Interior Stylist Debbie Pragnell Smith and is available to hire throughout the year for film & photographic shoots.

A stunning Victorian Gothic large detached house in rural central UK village setting, a mix of period features & contemporary twists. Located within easy reach of motorways M1 M69 and train stations Leicester, Market Harborough & Rugby.  Airports -  East Midlands & Birmingham International less than 45 minutes away.

Rooms all have different characters and very versatile in achieving different moods/looks in the one location. It features high ceilings, wooden floors, wonderful décor throughout, original architectural features, original distressed plaster walls, paneled rooms. Large bright Orangey leading to Kitchen. The partly open plan kitchen has a large black aga and granite work surfaces. Upstairs there is a Bathroom painted wood paneling, oak flooring; with roll-top bath and beautiful console wash basin. Master Bedroom with beautiful original bare plaster walls and floor boards, view overlooking topiary garden. 2 further Guest rooms. White Guest room bright and airy room with French painted furniture, Pink Guest room. Situated on the village green, outbuildings and beautiful Walled Topiary Garden, abundantly stocked with delphiniums and roses, with a stunning wisteria arbor.

One of the other great aspects of this location are the props. Debbie's home is filled with fantastic furniture, mirrors, textiles & accessories. She is the owner of Powder Blue Home & Garden an independent boutique selling an eclectic mix of original and new pieces of furniture and luxury home ware, so if it's not at the property she can probably source it for you.
